Board Goals

 

  1. DCSD will provide a customer service posture that continuously improves the culture of safety for every student, staff, family and community member. 
  2. DCSD will set high expectations for academic achievement and provide programs that foster a culture of care focused on continuous improvement by establishing clear expectations, monitoring progress and using data to strengthen student outcomes and district performance.
  3. DCSD will ensure that student needs are a primary consideration in Board decisions, policies, priorities, and allocation of resources. Including regular input by the student body.
  4. DCSD will build strong partnerships through clear, timely, transparent, and two-way communication with students, parents/guardians, staff, and the community in support of student success.
