On Sept. 8th, Days Creek Charter School's FFA and Vocational Agriculture Instructor Rob Bixby traveled to Bend to pickup the new plasma arc cutting table for the school. ArcLight manufactures high-quality CNC plasma cutting tables which are used in industry and technical training schools. Pictured along with Mr. Bixby are several members of the Days Creek FFA chapter who also received four hours' training in the setup, operation, and maintenance of this full-featured computer-aided plasma cutter. Mr. Bixby estimates the table will be set up and in use within two weeks, and looks forward to its estimated service life of 8 to 10 years.
